P2P Training Plan - Taking you from From Procrastination to Powerful
Choose this 12 week program to progressively go from Level 0 to ready to take on the world! The goal with this plan is to gain energy, stamina, and sustainable habits in just 25 minutes or less every other day!
No Pole required, just the desire to show up for yourself!
Phase one starts with 12short, body weight workouts, meant to be completed the first month - just 3 a week. Each workout throughout the program includes a 4 min warm up and a 2 min cool down, along with 3-4 body weight exercises, complete with tutorials and lots of rest breaks. The equipment required for this plan may include yoga blocks or a stretchy band.
As you progress through the program, each month the rests will get a little shorter and the exercises will get a little longer, BUT you will not increase in total length, leaving you plenty of time in your day for the stuff you gotta do!
The final phase will up it to 15 workouts, but you will find shorter breaks, fewer tutorials and still have the warm-up. cool down, and 3-4 body weight workouts.
By the end of this plan you will have more energy and stamina, confidence and a sustainable habit. I’m here for you every step of the way to answer your questions.
